This four-day group tour, conducted in a custom safari jeep with a pop-up roof and accompanied by a knowledgeable guide/driver, explores the renowned north circuit parks. The highlight of the tour is the Ngorongoro Crater, celebrated for its stunning landscapes and unparalleled views of the crater itself. The unique geography of the crater floor makes wildlife spotting relatively easier, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, Tarangire National Park, often likened to a smaller Serengeti, is famous for its abundant elephant population. With ample time allocated for park visits, this tour provides opportunities to observe wild animals at leisure and unwind amidst the natural beauty. It's an ideal choice for those passionate about exploring and experiencing the diversity of African wildlife.
We'll pick you up from your hotel and introduce you to your guide and chef before embarking on our journey to Tarangire National Park, a scenic 2-hour drive. Renowned for its diverse landscape and the largest concentration of elephants in the country, Tarangire is also home to ancient Baobab trees. Our game drive will take us through areas known for animal sightings, with a chance to observe predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as a variety of herbivores such as giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras.
Later, we'll enjoy lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, with a picturesque view of the river and its inhabitants. Don't be surprised if curious monkeys and baboons join us for company. After lunch, we'll proceed with the game drive until around 4:30 pm.
After the tour, we'll head to our accommodation in Mto Wa Mbu at the campsite.
After breakfast, we'll embark on a 6-hour journey from Mto Wa Mbu to Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
We'll make a brief stop at the gate and viewpoint of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you'll have the option to visit a Maasai village and explore their rich culture.
Arriving in the late afternoon at Serengeti National Park, we'll enjoy lunch before embarking on a game drive in Seronera until late evening. Experience the sunset in Serengeti while having a close view of wild animals, before heading to Seronera campsite for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, we'll embark on an early morning game drive in Seronera, witnessing a lot of animals till afternoon.
After lunch at the camp, we'll pack up and exit Serengeti, heading to Ngorongoro Simba Campsite on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater, a 2-hour drive away.
The Ngorongoro Crater is celebrated as the best wildlife park in Tanzania, known for its stunning landscape and abundant wildlife. After an early breakfast, we'll head to the Ngorongoro viewpoint to admire the breathtaking view before descending into the crater on a journey to find black rhinos. After lunch, we'll embark on a game drive within the crater, observing a variety of animals in their natural habitat. Later, we'll ascend the crater and pack for the trip back to your hotel in Arusha/Moshi.
